A POSSIBLE cause affidavit says casino staff called police after someone saw a girl and two men inside a car smoking drugs. Police later found the auto and say several methamphetamine pipes, a “glob” of heroin and other drug paraphernalia were throughout the. other man within the car reportedly was Milstein’s client.
