Sportsbook platform provider FSB Technology (UK) Ltd has appointed Garry Pattenden as its new operations director, with the firm bolstering its operational delivery team to assist service the 10 new B2B licensees it signed last year.

Pattenden, who joins FSB Tech having spent greater than a decade as commercial director of mobile technology company Safari Mobile (UK), will assume the role which oversees product delivery.

Within Pattenden’s remit could be compliance, customer support, payments, supplier contracts, reporting, product specification, QA acceptance, account management and platform hosting.

The new director will draw on a wealth of worldwide experience including stints at major management and operational consultancies within the US, Australia and Japan.
