In the ground left corner of the Imperial Ballroom, a battle has begun. It's called the Americas Cup of Poker, and over the following two days, it is going to decide numerous things, namely: who's the region's best poker team?.

Today sees everyone squaring off in "Sit & Go's with a tournament structure," in step with tournament director, Thomas Koo, and there are small print up for grabs, that allows you to determine seeding for tomorrow's heads-up encounters.
