Wind Creek Hospitality, (WCH), the gaming operation of the Poarch Creek Indians has acquired majority interest within the C2Rewards social gaming platform developed for C2Rewards by EC Wise. WCH and C2Rewards are partnering to form Engage Innovation, to further develop and market the platform.
Engage Innovation will leverage the expertise of 2 industry leaders: WCH and EC Wise - combining WCH's customer engagement and gaming operations expertise with the business intelligence, predictive analytics, and network security knowledge of EC Wise. "Wind Creek Hospitality, some of the successful operators within the country, brings a deep understanding of the necessities of casino operators," said Jack Hakim, CEO, EC Wise.
Wind Creek Hospitality would be the first customer of the Engage Innovation platform. WCH expects to launch its new player loyalty program, Wind Creek Rewards in early 2015. "Our Relationship will enable Engage Innovations to launch an integrated gaming platform combining online with on-property experiences. Players can engage with our brand and feature fun wherever and whenever they choose," said Jay Dorris, Wind Creek Hospitality's President and CEO.
After several months of further development of the platform, Engage Innovation will market the capabilities of its iGaming platform to other businesses. Importantly, the Engage Innovation solution distinguishes itself from traditional social casino providers by ensuring operators retain and maintain full control in their customer database.
Jay Dorris will assume the role of CEO for Engage Innovation and Jack Hakim will function CTO.
