The week began wither news from Uruguay where the LAPT Main Event came to a detailed. It was won by Pedro Claus from Argentina who topped a field of 438 players to assert a primary prize of $90,630.

After Uruguay, next up at the PokerStars calendar was Eureka Hamburg, which kicked off earlier this week. The Blog is ringside with live updates through to the general on Sunday. To this point the limelight was hogged by Team Pro George Danzer who won the High Roller event to kick things off, after which bagged up the primary Event chip lead last night.
