NBA bettors more concerned with Blazers vs Warriors than pair of Game 7's todayNO Deposit bonus $43
A COUPLE of Game 7s are at the docket Sunday within the NBA Playoffs, but in response to the wagers, there’s way more interest in Game 1 of a second-round series. Covers talks to Chris Andrews, director of the South Point sportsbook in Las Vegas, in regards to the triple bill.

Portland Trail Blazers at Golden State Warriors – Open: Warriors -8; Movement: Warriors -8.5

The top-seeded Warriors got little or no from reigning league MVP Stephen Curry of their first-round series against the eighth-seeded Houston Rockets. An ankle injury hampered Curry early within the series, followed by a knee injury in Game 4. However it hardly mattered, as Golden State dispatched Houston in five games, capped by a 114-81 wipeout laying 9 points at home on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, fifth-seeded Portland scored a modest series upset of the fourth-seeded L. a. Clippers, who were hampered by injuries to Chris Paul and Blake Griffin. The Blazers closed it out in Game 6 with a 106-103 victory, though they did not cash as 9.5-point chalk.

The line for Blazers-Warriors Game 1 (tipoff 3:30 p.m. Eastern) was up a tick to 8.5 on Saturday night on the South Point.

“We did open at -8, so we got bet at the Warriors,” Andrews said, adding Curry or no Curry, he’s a large believer in Golden State. “I don’t think the Blazers are the team that’s gonna give the soldiers any trouble. The following round, maybe it’s a special story. There might be trouble down the line.“But if Curry comes back, and that i think he will, I BELIEVE they’ll be in excellent shape and they'll be tough to beat.”

Bettors have already given a large shove to the series price.

“The money has shown at the Warriors to wwithin the series,” Andrews said. “That opened at -600. We didn’t take much, but we moved it up pretty quick. We’re at -900.”

Charlotte Hornets at Miami Heat – Open: Heat -6.5; Movement: none

This Game 7 tips off the day in the NBA, at 1 p.m. Eastern, with the winner advancing to the second one round. After winning and cashing in Games 3, 4 and 5, the sixth-seeded Hornets had a possibility to near out the series at home against No. 3 Miami, but lost 97-90 as a 2-point fave.“We’ve had just a bit little bit of play both ways,” Andrews said.

Indiana Pacers at Toronto Raptors – Open: Raptors -6.5; Movement: Raptors -6

Seventh-seeded Indiana forced a Game 7 by thumping No. 2 seed Toronto 101-83 giving 1.5 points at home on Friday night. However the Raptors are an effective home chalk within the series-deciding game.

Andrews said his shop saw the road trending lower Saturday, and indeed, it went down a half-point late Saturday evening.
